Do you ship globally?
Yes, I offer global shipping, delivering your unique designs almost anywhere in the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
While most destinations are covered, there are a few countries currently excluded, and express shipping is available for select locations.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Order processing time is 2-3 business days. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipment timeline.
Standard delivery: 3-10 business days within EU countries and 8-10 business days for the rest of the world.
Express delivery: 1-3 business days within EU countries and 3-5 business days for the rest of the world.
Please note that during festive periods, such as Christmas, production is extremely busy, and processing and shipping times may take up to 10 days longer.
Your order is fully tracked. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking link will be active within 48 hours after shipment.

Additional Information for U.S. Orders
All U.S. shipments are currently handled via two couriers.
- FedEx transports the parcel from the EU to the U.S. (Illinois serves as the main transit hub).
- USPS completes the final delivery within the U.S.
When your tracking shows “delivered” in Illinois, please don’t worry — this is only a temporary transit stop before your order continues to your final delivery address.
At present, the system displays only the FedEx tracking number. Once USPS dispatches the new label, it becomes available within a few days, and I’ll manually add it to your order details so you can continue tracking your parcel.
The notification system is also being updated to display both tracking numbers automatically in the future.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you made a mistake with your purchase or item selection, but you must act quickly.
Because all items are produced on demand—meaning they are custom-made specifically for you—we have a very short window before the manufacturing process begins. To ensure cancellation, please send an email immediately, within the first 2 hours of placing your order.
If we do not receive your cancellation request within this 2-hour window, the order will have been automatically submitted to the manufacturer for fulfillment, and we will no longer be able to stop the production or process a refund.
Can I return purchased order?
Unfortunately not. All products are produced on demand, meaning each product is custom-made for the customer based on their individual order.
Due to the personalized nature of the products, customers located in the European Union do not have the right of withdrawal (commonly known as the "right to return") under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) when ordering from DaliaBuArtworks.
However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do my best to address any questions or concerns you may have. I cannot accept returns for items that do not meet customer expectations (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.).
Please carefully check your selection before purchasing.
Additional Information:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at info@daliabuartworks.com. Please include photo or video proof of the issue so I can resolve it quickly. In this case, if damaged or defect is confirmed, together with my fulfillment partner, I will send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Do you have warranty for your products?
All Cases have 6 months warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use. These defects include, but are not limited to:
- Fade of print or design
- Defective or faulty materials
- Delamination or peeling of the printed surface
What about custom and import taxes?
If you're within the EU, there are no customs clearance taxes. However, for orders outside the EU, customs and import taxes may apply in your country, and any associated fees will be your responsibility. To avoid delays, please ensure these are handled promptly, as I cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, I do not have a physical shop. All of my products are made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted specifically for you. This approach not only allows for more personalized creations but also aligns with my commitment to sustainability. By producing items only as needed, I reduce waste and avoid the unnecessary use of storage space and resources, minimizing environmental impact while offering unique, high-quality designs tailored to each customer.
