Refund policy

Please note that all products are produced on demand, meaning each product is custom-made for the customer based on their individual order; therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted. Since the order is sent to manufacturing immediately, any cancellation request must be received within the first 2 hours of purchase.

Delivery Responsibility:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier’s tracking system, it is considered successfully fulfilled. I recommend that customers ensure a secure delivery location and monitor tracking updates, as I am unable to take responsibility for packages after confirmed delivery. At this point, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If you would like more detailed tracking, including confirmation of receipt, I recommend selecting an express delivery option at checkout.

I am therefore unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are confirmed as delivered but reported as lost or stolen thereafter.

Due to the personalized nature of the products, customers located in the European Union do not have the right of withdrawal (commonly known as the "right to return") under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) when ordering from DaliaBuArtworks.

WARRANTY:

All Cases - 6 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use. These defects include, but are not limited to:

  • Fade of print or design
  • Defective or faulty materials
  • Delamination or peeling of the printed surface

If a quality issue covered under warranty is confirmed, a replacement product will be arranged accordingly. Refunds are not provided for approved warranty claims. Clear photos of the product are required for assessment before any warranty claim can be reviewed or approved.
